Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@seraphine-luxe.com.
Exchanges
An exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please e-mail us at info@seraphine-luxe.com and send the item to: Steinborngasse 31, Alsfeld, Hessen, 36304, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your purchase upon return of the item. Once the returned item is received by us, you will receive a gift card via e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or was not sent to the gifting person, the refund will be issued to the gifting person, and they will be informed about the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Steinborngasse 31, Alsfeld, Hessen, 36304, Germany. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you are shipping an item worth over 75€, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
